It can be mounted to MOLLE\/PALS webbing or directly to belts up to 45 mm (1.75 in) wide.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe removable insert is made from thin 4-way stretch fabric to minimize its footprint and can be extracted from either end using webbing pull handles. A perforated grid allows the included shock cord retention loops to be repositioned for small adjustments to the medical kit layout. When the belt or plate carrier is not being worn, the insert can also be carried separately in a trouser pocket, GP pouch or another suitable location.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA dual-sided drawstring cord-lock closure provides fast access from either side of the pouch. A separate removable elastic holder carries a tourniquet and trauma shears externally and can be mounted above or below the main pouch body. The insert is sized around a typical trauma loadout including a 4 in Israeli bandage, thermal blanket, chest seals, gloves, Z-fold gauze, decompression needle and NPA.
