Combat Application Tourniquet® (C-A-T®) GEN7 on windlass-tüüpi žgutt, mis on mõeldud eluohtliku jäsemeverejooksu kontrollimiseks. GEN7 kasutab ühekanalilist pandlasüsteemi ja täiustatud komponente, et lihtsustada paigaldamist ning eemaldada rihmast tõhusamalt lõtk.
C-A-T®-i saab paigaldada ühe või kahe käega. Windlass-varda keeramisel pinguldub vabalt liikuv sisemine rihm ümber jäseme ning pärast paigaldamist fikseeritakse varras klambri ja kinnitusribaga.

• tugevdatud ja rihveldatud windlass-varras;
• kahepoolse sisestusega windlass-klamber;
• tugevdatud windlass-kinnitusriba;
