The IFAK kit can be purchased with or without the pouch, in case you prefer your own or other style. The IFAK pouch has MOLLE attachments on the back and a removable panel with a clearly visible handle in red; pull the red handle and pouch opens with the insert extended. The panel can be placed on the ground while performing first aid, even if the pouch is still attached to the wounded persons body, backpack etc.
