The IFAK kit can be purchased with or without the pouch if you prefer your own pouch or another style. The IFAK pouch has MOLLE attachments on the back and a removable panel with a clearly visible red handle. Pulling the red handle opens the pouch and extends the insert. The panel can be placed on the ground while performing first aid even if the pouch remains attached to the casualty, backpack or other equipment.

All parts are shipped unpacked, giving you the opportunity to arrange the IFAK contents according to your preference.
