IWB and appendix holsters for concealed carry
IWB holsters sit inside the waistband to help keep the pistol concealed under clothing. Glock holsters, weapon lights and red dot compatibility

Frequently asked questions about holsters
For concealed carry, the Safariland INCOG X and Bravo Concealment IWB holster are inside-the-waistband options for the Glock 19 and Glock 17.
For OWB carry, we recommend the Safariland Gravity. Its open-top design and adjustable retention make it a versatile choice for everyday carry and range use.
For a duty setup, choose the Safariland 6395RDS with ALS locking, or the Safariland 6365RDS with ALS and an SLS rotating hood for Level III retention. Both feature a low-ride belt mount. Select the configuration that matches your pistol and any fitted light or optic.
For Glock 19X and Glock 45, the Safariland INCOG X is an option for concealed IWB carry. For OWB carry, consider the Safariland SOLIS, or choose the Safariland 6395RDS or 6354RDSO for a duty setup. Select the Glock 19/45 configuration for these OWB models.

For OWB carry, choose the Safariland SOLIS in the Glock 43X/48 — TLR-7 Sub configuration for a thumb-operated ALS lock. For the Glock 43X with a TLR-7 Sub, the RH Holsters Frogy is another option, with adjustable retention and a close-fitting design for concealed OWB carry.
The INCOG X also supports the TLR-7 X Sub and TLR-7 HL-X Sub. Use the light version designed to mount on your Glock 43X MOS or Glock 48 MOS.
For IWB carry, the RH Holsters Sharky offers Glock 19 versions for TLR-7A/X and TLR-7 HL-X.

If you prefer a thumb-operated lock, choose the Safariland 6378RDSC in its Glock 19/45 — TLR-7/HL-X configuration. Select the version that matches your light.

Holsters that rely on the light for retention need it to remain attached. Check the requirements for your specific holster before using it without the light.
For larger red dot sights such as the Aimpoint ACRO, we recommend the Safariland 6354RDSO with its open optic pocket.
The Safariland 6395RDS is another option for setups with a Trijicon RMR or Holosun 509T.
For IWB carry, the Safariland INCOG X accommodates micro and full-size red dot sights.

The Safariland 6395RDS combines ALS Level I retention, an optic cover and a low-ride CUBL belt mount.

A holster fitted with a QLS 19 fork needs a QLS 22 receiver plate attached to a compatible belt mount.
We recommend the Panneltac HDM-1 Holster Drop Mount, which lets you adjust the holster’s height and carry angle. Pair it with a QLS 22 receiver plate to attach your QLS-equipped holster.
If your holster has no fork, the Safariland QLS Kit supplies both the fork and receiver plate to use with the HDM-1.
