Böker Sigurd 42

The Böker Plus Sigurd 42 is a compact fixed blade knife designed by Dirk Hofmeister of Midgards Messer. Inspired by the Norse legend of Sigurd, it combines a minimalist all-steel construction with practical control features for everyday carry, outdoor use and preparedness setups.

The drop-point blade is made from D2 tool steel and has a compact 5.5 cm blade length. This makes the knife easy to carry while still offering useful cutting performance for small utility tasks, gear preparation, packaging, cordage and field use.

The slim steel handle includes weight-reducing recesses for improved balance. Grip notches along the blade spine and a retention ring at the end of the handle help improve control during use.

The knife comes with a custom-fit Kydex sheath with belt clip. It can be carried on a belt or used as a compact neck-knife style setup, depending on user preference and local regulations.
