ChitoSAM™ 100 Hemostatic Gauze is a non-woven hemostatic dressing made from 100% chitosan derived from shellfish sources. It is designed to support rapid bleeding control and works independently of the body's normal clotting process.

The 3 in × 6 ft / 7.6 × 183 cm dressing is Z-folded for controlled deployment. Its package can be torn open from any side for faster access.
