The stretcher features eight reinforced carry handles — four on each side — allowing multiple users to evenly distribute weight during transport for improved control and reduced fatigue. The integrated handle design also allows carrying poles to be inserted for two-person stretcher carry configurations when required.

Two large integrated flat pockets with Velcro® closures provide additional storage for casualty equipment, medical supplies, personal belongings, or sensitive site exploitation (SSE) equipment during operations. These pockets also allow the stretcher to function as an improvised gear transport solution in field environments.

When folded, the stretcher becomes highly compact and can be stored inside the included MOLLE/PALS compatible pouch. The specially designed paracord mounting loops additionally allow secure attachment to standard 45 mm duty belts, tactical belts, backpacks, plate carriers, or load-bearing equipment.
