The Helikon-Tex Apex Lightweight Combat Shirt is a lightweight tactical combat shirt designed for hot weather, intensive training, range use, tactical applications, outdoor activities and professional field environments. Built from breathable Nylon Stretch fabric, this minimalist combat shirt provides excellent freedom of movement, moisture management and comfort during dynamic activity in high-temperature conditions.

Designed for users who need a lighter alternative to a traditional combat shirt, the Apex Lightweight Combat Shirt focuses on breathability, flexibility and reduced weight. It is especially useful during shooting range sessions, tactical training, summer field activities, outdoor work and situations where a standard combat shirt may feel too warm or bulky.

The shirt is made from a lightweight 84% nylon and 16% elastane fabric blend. The nylon provides durability and quick-drying performance, while the elastane adds excellent stretch and mobility. This allows the shirt to follow body movement naturally during weapon handling, kneeling, running, climbing, training and other demanding activities.

The slim fit design helps reduce excess fabric and bulk under tactical equipment such as plate carriers, chest rigs, tactical backpacks and load-bearing gear. This makes the Apex Lightweight Combat Shirt suitable as a lightweight base layer for tactical setups where comfort, airflow and unrestricted movement are important.

Unlike classic combat shirts with multiple pockets and reinforcements, the Apex Lightweight Combat Shirt uses a minimalist design to reduce weight and improve ventilation. The shirt features a low-profile collar with a short hook-and-loop neck closure, allowing the user to adjust airflow and coverage depending on activity level and weather conditions.

Hook-and-loop ID panels on the shoulders allow the attachment of patches, flags, name tapes, unit identifiers or other identification markers. This makes the shirt practical for training, team use, range environments and professional field settings.

The lightweight and breathable construction helps move moisture away from the body and dries quickly, supporting comfort during hot weather and high-output activity.
