Hexatac HMB EPI® Inner Belt

The Hexatac HMB Gen2 Inner Belt is a rigid low-profile inner belt designed to be worn under a compatible tactical outer belt. It provides a stable base for HMB Classic®, HMB2® and HMB EPI® belt systems while keeping the setup as thin and comfortable as possible.

The belt has no buckle, which helps reduce unnecessary thickness at the front. Its 45 mm width and loop Velcro surface allow it to connect with compatible hook-backed outer belts and help keep the full belt system stable during movement, training or duty use.

The angled cutouts are designed to maintain rigidity without creating weak points in the belt structure. The inner belt also allows the use of an IWB holster, making it a practical option for users who need both a stable outer belt platform and concealed carry compatibility.
