The Loopo tourniquet holder is an elastic tourniquet cover from the Polish brand Neptune Spear, it is designed to carry most of the most used tourniquets: CAT, SAM XT, TIE, SOFTT-W etc.
The upper part is a 40mm wide piece of velcro that can be anchored to first line belt or it can be anchored inbetween the inner and outer belt so that it would not take up space on plate carrier.
Using velcro, it can also be placed on a plate carrier. The design of this pouch enables two different positionings - horizontal and vertical. In addition, it includes a small compartment for carrying a Sharpie or a chemical light (e.g Cyalume).
The velcro strip is 40mm wide and is therefore suitable for all Rigger's belts and pants with velcro surface. The velcro extends beyond the elastic band to avoid accidentally peeling off.
