Panneltac CURA Low Vis IFAK Pouch

The Panneltac CURA Low Vis IFAK is a compact, low-profile individual first aid kit pouch designed for MOLLE/PALS platforms or direct belt carry. Sized around a standard trauma loadout, this MOLLE IFAK pouch keeps essential medical equipment organized and quickly accessible without adding unnecessary bulk. It can be mounted to MOLLE/PALS webbing or directly to belts up to 45 mm (1.75 in) wide.

The removable insert is made from thin 4-way stretch fabric to minimize its footprint and can be extracted from either end using webbing pull handles. A perforated grid allows the included shock cord retention loops to be repositioned for small adjustments to the medical kit layout. When the belt or plate carrier is not being worn, the insert can also be carried separately in a trouser pocket, GP pouch or another suitable location.

A dual-sided drawstring cord-lock closure provides fast access from either side of the pouch. A separate removable elastic holder carries a tourniquet and trauma shears externally and can be mounted above or below the main pouch body. The insert is sized around a typical trauma loadout including a 4 in Israeli bandage, thermal blanket, chest seals, gloves, Z-fold gauze, decompression needle and NPA. Medical contents are not included.
