Panneltac Horizontal TQ Belt Sleeve is an elastic tourniquet sleeve designed to be attached over your belt using a Velcro loop field inside the sleeve, with a hook field on the other side for adhesion to your underbelt. This design allows the sleeve to be mounted as close as possible to the belt buckle while still providing access to the belt adjustment webbing. However, you may need to remove the TQ for this procedure. It also offers a solution for storing excess webbing.
Made of 100 mm elastic webbing, the streamlined design has no additional holders. Markers can be stored in conjunction with a tourniquet.
