UphillSport CONTACT Tactical Socks with Merino

The Danish Defence Forces have chosen the Contact-liner sock as part of their outdoor equipment for year-round use.

The thin and breathable Contact-liner sock offers optimal comfort both on its own and when used as a liner sock. The sock's lightweight structure enables excellent moisture transfer, keeping feet dry all day long. The polyamide-reinforced heel and toe increase the sock's durability and extend its lifespan. The snug fit and seamless toe help prevent chafing and blisters.

The Contact-Liner works alone in summer heat and as a liner sock in winter frost. Combine it, for example, with the Arctics sock chosen by the Defence Forces for the best performance.

Merino wool as a material is breathable and helps regulate temperature. It adapts to the ambient temperature, warming in cold conditions and cooling in hot weather. This makes the sock a versatile choice for everyday and active use all year round.

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for marine socks, airing alone is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing
